On Saturday 25 October Mr. Lucius Sergides, operating environment of the Cyprus Centre for Environmental Studies (TERRA CYPRIA), Kritou Terra- Paphos held a lecture on Mediterranean ecosystems, habitat types Natura 2000 to the students of the Master of Landscape Architecture, of the Neapolis University who were accompanied by Dr. Julia Georges, Assoc. Professor of Landscape Architecture.
Following the lecture the MLA visited the gorge of Avakas in Akamas, where the Mr. Lefkios Sergides, environment officer of the Cyprus Centre for Environmental Studies (TERRA CYPRIA), Kritou Terra- Paphos and Mrs. Koula Michael, Teacher Environmental Scienes & research officer in the Cyprus Environmental Studies Centre Kritou Terra- Paphos trained graduate students in the process of identification of plant species and habitat types and the management regime of the Akamas peninsula.
