The procedure for your application for an entry permit in Cyprus is undertaken by the university along with your cooperation.

As soon as you accept our offer for studies, we get in touch with you to guide you on the documents you need to prepare while you are in your country.

Your entry permit application will be prepared and submitted to the Migration Department by us after you provide the necessary certified documents.

Here, Entry Permit Procedure you can check the list of the needed documents, the way you have to certify them, and some helping clarifications.

The Migration Department and the Ministry of Education check the application and if they approve it they publish the entry permit. You need to stay in your country as long as your application is under examination.

After it is published you can use it for a short time to travel and as soon as you arrive in Cyprus you will need to follow another procedure to apply for a Residence Permit.
