Visit of Professor Gur Alroey, President of the University of Haifa, at Neapolis University Pafos

Neapolis University of Pafos had the honor of welcoming Professor Gur Alroey, President of the University of Haifa, for a high-level meeting with Neapolis University President, George Leptos, Rector Professor, Pantelis Sklias, and CEO, Angelos Loizou.

The meeting focused on exploring the deepening of cooperation between the two Universities, with the aim of developing synergies that promote Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and sustainable development in the region. Particular emphasis was placed on strengthening cooperation in programs such as Architecture, as well as International Relations and Security, areas of strategic importance with significant potential for development and implementation.

The President of Neapolis University, Mr. Georgios Leptos, the Rector, Mr. Pantelis Sklias, the CEO, Mr. Angelos Loizou and the President of the University of Haifa, Mr. Gur Alroey reaffirmed their commitment to further cooperation that will contribute to the enhancement of the extroversion and academic excellence of both institutions. Both sides expressed their willingness to collaborate on joint initiatives that will support knowledge sharing and innovation and promote multidimensional synergies to create added value for the region.

The visit was concluded in a very positive atmosphere, and marked the beginning of an even closer cooperation between University Neapolis Pafos and the University of Haifa.
