The aim of the Department of Real Estate is to develop highly specialized professionals in one of the main sectors of the economy not only in Cyprus but also globally, by providing the contemporary knowledge and skills that are sought by companies and organizations active in the real estate sector.
The programmes provided by the Department combine academic knowledge with practical experience in order to provide students with the required theoretical knowledge and skills for a successful career in real estate. The Department’s programmes are unique in the areas of Cyprus and Greece and have been structured on the basis of the best undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the field of real estate in the United Kingdom and the United States.
Furthermore, the teaching staff are individuals with academic specialization in real estate, and many years of local and/or international experience in the real estate industry. The undergraduate programme has been certified by ETEK, while the postgraduate programme has been certified by RICS, the leading, professional real estate association internationally.
