Keynote Speaker: Russ Thimgan
We are honored to have Russ Thimgan, a distinguished researcher and modeling analyst from the USA, as our Keynote Speaker. Russ is renowned for his expertise in Behavioral (Social) Economics, integrating these paradigms into his extensive work in real property mass appraisal. With over thirty years of experience, Russ has significantly contributed to various IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers) textbooks and currently serves on the IAAO Research and Standards Committee. He has been teaching mass valuation courses since 1997 and has consulted for government offices in 42 U.S. states, as well as in Canada, Latvia, and Serbia. His consultancy work involves creating comprehensive mass valuation implementation plans, from data collection policies to modeling techniques and public relations strategies.
