In the aftermath of Covid-19 pandemic, the international business world has transformed into one that faces new challenges and new opportunities. Consequently, academia and business practice give birth to new ideas that aid firms to ensure their sustainability and growth. The international business arena is now enriched with applications of innovative business models, the adoption of intelligent technologies that generate new learning from firms and their stakeholders, and consumers that consume internationally in settings that promote value co-creation. In recognition of the above, the ICIB 2023 conference themed: New challenges, opportunities and ideas in the international business arena, calls for academics and practitioners to submit papers, on work that examines drivers and outcomes of current developments in international business. The conference is hosted by NEAPOLIS UNIVERISTY PAFOS (Cyprus) on 15th -17th of September 2023, and it is co-organized by the Marketing (Research) LAB of Neapolis University Pafos.
