As a former CEO of Habib Bank, Moorad has extensive experience in managing businesses across wholesale, commercial and retail banking lines. He has a proven track record in delivering treasury P&L at a number of the banks he’s worked at and is a respected industry commentator on balance sheet risk management, capital management and risk governance infrastructure. Moorad was also responsible for leading the RBS Divestment (Williams & Glyn) banking licence application to the regulators for the risk, treasury, ICAAP, ILAAP and RRP. His experience extends to managing large and complex banking group balance sheet structures from balance sheet risk, ALM, liquidity, capital and interest rate risk.
Dr. Charalambos Constantinou

Charalambos is a Partner leading the Consulting Services practice of EY Cyprus. He has more than 15 years of international and local experience in offering consulting services related to performance improvement, risk management, and strategic planning to both the public and private sector.
He has extensive experience in project management of large engagements, including project planning, coordination of multiple workstreams, overseeing of project delivery, and quality control of delivered services, client orientation and conflict resolution.
Charalambos is a PhD holder in Finance from the University of Cambridge, MSc holder in Economics and Finance from the University of Warwick and a BSc in Economics from the University of Cyprus. He is also affiliated with several academic institutions teaching in postgraduate courses (MSc/ MBA).

Gordian has been a financial services executive and consultant for some thirty-five years. Initially in London with Booz Allen & Hamilton, Gordian moved to Hong Kong in the early eighties to become the strategy advisor to Standard Chartered Bank. He subsequently became managing partner for Booz Allen & Hamilton (later Booz&Co, today Strategy&) for financial services and economic policy across Asia.
During his consulting career, Gordian Gaeta has advised and served many of the leading financial services organizations in most economies of Asia and Europe and close to half of the top 100 banks globally
