• INTERLIBRARY LOAN NETWORK OF HELLENIC AND GREEKCYPRIOT LIBRARIES

The Library of NEAPOLIS University in order to provide better services to its academic community, has established both in Greece and Cyprus one of the largest Networks between private Academic Institution Libraries in Cyprus, in the field of interlibrary loan, including 16 Academic Institutions, totaling more than forty (40) Libraries.

A catalog of Libraries by geographical area is included, connected with online catalogs for material search providing also complete information and instructions on how to use the interlibrary loan service, access to reading rooms and materials, rights, services and conditions.

Service depends on your place of residence and deals with Libraries which are parts of the Interlibrary Loan Network of NEAPOLIS University Library in Greece and Cyprus

Interlibrary loan requests are forwarded to the email of our Library ([email protected]), once the students have searched the material of the other Library and items are located.

• NON-COLLABORATING LIBRARIES (OFF ONLINE NETWORK) IN GREECE AND CYPRUS

NEAPOLIS University Library, in order to provide comprehensive services to its students and to meet their demands geographically and academically in terms of access to printed material books etc and library services in general, has prepared a selective online library directory  per geographical area, including a total of about 160 Academic, Special, Research, Public Central, Law and Technical Libraries, in order to enhance academic research demands.

In addition to the list, complete instructions / further information are included, on what you are entitled as external users and visitors, on a case-by-case basis, regarding circulation services, access to reading rooms and electronic materials, requirements of accessing and membership, contacts info, addresses, maps, etc.

For the Libraries not included in the Neapolis Interlibrary Loan network, follow the guidelines provided per Academic Library / Organization in which your service is implemented as an external user/ visitor status, without any of our mediation/ intervention needed, but you proceed with your own actions.
