Neapolis University in Cyprus announces 10 Scholarships covering 25% of the annual tuition fees for the undergraduate Program in Real Estate Valuation and Development. The scholarships will be continued for all years of study as long as a minimum level of performance is achieved at the end of each academic year.
The Neapolis University Real Estate Valuation and Development Program equips students with knowledge and skills that cover all aspects of real estate and therefore provides increased employment prospects in all companies and organizations that are active in this field. Almost all graduates of the program have been hired by large valuation companies and real estate agencies, while some have been absorbed by the banking industry or government organizations. The program is recognized by ETEK and enables students to become licenced Valuers immediately after their graduation. Also, according to the current legislation, graduates of the program, after completing some time as practicing real estate agents, are entitled to participate in the real estate agent licencing examinations organized each year by the Cyprus Real Estate Agent Registration Council.
The Neapolis University Real Estate Valuation and Development Program is the only undergraduate program in Cyprus and Greece that provides full scientific specialization in the real estate sector. The aim of the program is to create well-trained professionals who will be able to play a leading role in the real estate industry.
Interested parties need to submit their application for a position in the program by September 28, 2018. All applications will be evaluated by the Department of Real Estate Valuation and Development for the selection of the candidates that will be awarded the 10 scholarships.
