In the presence of the Minister of Investment and International Cooperation of Egypt Dr. Sahar Nasr, Neapolis University in Cyprus signed a Memorandum of Understanding with one of the world’s leading engineering consultancy and support services business group, the Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), to enhance and empower University to Work, a commendable corporate social responsibility initiative aimed at enhancing the qualifications of graduates of engineering schools. The Memorandum, in addition to the exchange of know-how and information, enables University of Neapolis students to participate in ECG actions worldwide. It also provides opportunities for University to Work graduates to participate in Neapolis University programs, on privileged terms. The signing of the Memorandum was held in Cairo by the NUP Rector Professor Pantelis Sklias, ECG Vice President. Dr. Nevine Abdelkhalek, in charge of the corporate social responsibility actions of the ECG, with the participation of Mr. Nikolaos Sarlis, Special Project Advisor of the Leptos Group and Mrs Aliki Potonou, Founder and CEO of GAMMA INVEST and NUP representative in Egypt as well as senior officials of the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation. The presence of the Minister of Investment and International Cooperation of Egypt highlights the importance the Egyptian Government attributes to this cooperation and the particularly prospects for students and graduates of Neapolis University and the University to Work.
