On 09-11th October 2020 at Kathmandu University, Nepal, the 2nd NRN Knowledge Convention organised by the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) will take place on line.
Within the current context of the COVID-19 pandemic the Convention will discuss and focus, among others, on themes in Science, Technology & Innovation Policies, in-house Innovation for Societal Changes, Startups and Commercialization and in Digitalized Economy.
Mr. Mahato Ranjeet, who is in the last year of completing his PhD in FDI at Neapolis University, is the coordinator of the P1 Plenary session, which focuses on the impact of the pandemic on Nepal’s economy and ways to achieve economic recovery, financial stability, fiscal sustainability and increase employment and productivity, issues that are related to global economy challenges and all countries’ national economies as well.
The participation of the above member of the University academic community signifies Neapolis University’s continuous efforts and aim towards excellence through its extroverted and internationalized academic community.
It also highlights the excellent work done by the candidates within the doctoral programmes, based on extensive and original research work and led by the University’s faculty aiming to bridge and interconnect academic excellence and science with the contemporary and future issues, needs and challenges of economy and humanity.
