Neapolis University Pafos and the University of Western Macedonia announce the accreditation, by the Cyprus Agency of Quality Assurance and Accreditation in Higher Education (full member of the European Network of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education – ENQA and of the European Quality Assurance Register in Higher Education – EQAR), of the PhD programme with co-supervision, which leads to the issuance of a joint degree from the two institutions in “Accounting and Finance”.
Following a particularly demanding accreditation process, with the participation of reputable, internationally renowned academics from the Copenhagen Business School, the Queensland University of Technology and the Universitat Jaume, the programme was accredited in Greek and English, meeting all quality assurance criteria to the fullest.
The PhD programme concerns the departments Economics and Business and Accounting and Finance of Neapolis University Pafos and Accounting and Finance of the University of Western Macedonia.
Through this pioneering collaboration, the two Universities highlight their commitment for high-level primary academic research. At the same time, they put into practice their stable orientation for their further internationalisation by attracting excellent students from all over the world.
