Office of International Relations, Mobility, ECTS and Diploma Supplement

The International Relations, Mobility, ECTS and Diploma Supplement Office of Neapolis University in Cyprus serves multiple and essential purposes that facilitate the advancement of our university:

Firstly, it aims to establish and maintain international relations and vital networks with European and International Higher Education Institutions. These relations can be materialized via inter-institutional agreements. Our office holds several important inter-institutional agreements. As Neapolis University Pafos is a new University in Cyprus, we are welcoming new inter-institutional agreements.

Secondly, it serves Neapolis University Erasmus Charter. Therefore, our office welcomes and accommodates students, teachers and administrative staff coming from European Higher Educational Institutions. We also encourage and facilitate our students, teachers and administrators to travel to other European Universities and enrich their knowledge, gain experiences and practices and broaden their horizons.

Apart from enhancing of international networks and enabling students’ and staff’s mobility, our office has set two important goals: to gain the ECTS and Diploma Supplement Label which are very important for every European Institution.

Diploma supplement

The Diploma Supplement is given to our graduates since 2013 with their Diploma. It is produced by the higher education institutions according to standards agreed by the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO. The Diploma Supplement is also part of the Europass Framework Transparency tools.

The supplement is designed as an aid to help (but not guarantee) recognition – it is not a CV or a substitute for the original qualification.
The Diploma Supplement (DS) accompanies a higher education diploma, providing a standardised description of the nature, level, context, content and status of the studies completed by its holder. The supplement is designed as an aid to help academic and professional recognition.
